How to Use

  • STEP1

    Application/Payment

    Scan the QR code at the Global WiFi Rental Station with your smartphone to access the application page. After selecting your rental period, destination, and plan, please proceed with the payment.

  • STEP2

    Take out the WiFi unit

    Once your application is completed, the WiFi device will be automatically dispensed. Please remove it and begin using it.

  • STEP3

    Use the Internet

    Connect to WiFi by entering the password printed on the back of the WiFi device. You can also connect by scanning the QR code next to the password.

    Return

    You can return the device at any location before heading home — either at the rental STATION or at an airport counter. For more information on return location

Regarding extentions

You can extend your rental period
with any GLOBAL WiFi Rental Station's device

Please apply for an extension by clicking the "Extend the rental period" button on the user page.
You can access the user page by scanning the QR code on the surface of the WiFi device.

A late fee will be charged
if you do not notify us in advance.

Let us know about the extention in advance, or you will be charged 1,970 JPY per day + fees for any options you chose.
If you forget to return the router, you will be charged extention fees,
shipping fees, and any incurred taxes until the device is returned to us.

*If you are on an unlimited plan or any plan with a daily rate exceeding JPY 1,970, you will be charged the daily rate of your contracted plan (including Insurance Plan) × the number of overdue days, regardless of whether you contacted us for an extension.
